Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Harvey Creative Marketer (“Marketer”), a marketing app operated by Harvey Creative (“we”, “us”) at marketer.harveycreative.co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Marketer connects to your advertising and analytics accounts, reports on performance, hosts landing pages, and proposes and executes marketing actions such as creating or adjusting campaigns. Actions that spend money or change your accounts are taken only after you approve them inside the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must have the authority to connect any third-party accounts you link to Marketer.

Connected accounts and ad spend

Advertising costs are billed to you directly by the ad platforms (Google, Meta) through your own accounts. You are responsible for the budgets you approve. We make reasonable efforts to execute approved actions accurately, but the ad platforms control final delivery, review, and billing.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content, brand assets, and lead data associated with your business. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Marketer to run deceptive or unlawful advertising, to violate the policies of the ad platforms, or to collect personal information without a lawful basis.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
