Data Deletion

Effective date: July 21, 2026

You can remove your data from Marketer at any time. Here is how.

Disconnect a linked account

To stop Marketer from accessing a Google or Meta account, open Settings inside Marketer and disconnect the account. This revokes and deletes the stored access tokens. You can also revoke access from the platform side: in Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites, or in your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.

Delete your account and all data

Email team@harveycreative.co from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my data”. We will delete your account and all associated data, including:

• Your account and profile information
• Business and brand information and uploaded assets
• Stored access tokens for connected accounts
• Synced campaign and performance data
• Hosted landing pages and captured leads

Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when it is done.
